完全個室で、輝(かがやき)コースを頂いた。
米沢牛の熟成肉は、柔らかくて味が濃厚で、とても美味しかった。マネージャーで、ソムリエの鈴木さんが丁寧に焼いてくれたので、最高の焼き加減で頂くことが出来た…感謝!
お店はとても綺麗で清潔、銀座のど真ん中で完全個室、丁寧に焼いてくれる米沢牛の焼肉を食べて1万円前後と、コスパも素晴らしい。
〆の冷麺とキーマカレーも美味しくて、最初から最後まで満足の内容であった。
