YouTubeにコチラのお店の大将が超マニアックな魚知識を披露してたので魚好きとしては興味がありました。
で、訪問。
カウンターだけですので、the鮨屋って感じ好きです。
地元の鮨屋をゴージャスにした造りな感じで懐かしささえ感じました。
ランチ8,800円で写真のものが食べられるのはコスパ高いと思います。あんまり偉そうなことは言えませんし、大将が話してくれてた調理法とかも大して覚えてませんが、手間ひまかけてる事だけはよく分かります。
すごく美味しかった。
覚えてるネタは、
クエ、10日以上熟成させてるって言ってました。
何とかイカ
雲丹、石鯛、赤身漬け、大トロ炙り、中トロ、鉄火巻き、白子入り安納芋と雲丹の茶碗蒸し？、カニクリームコロッケ（本ワサビで、食べるんだけども激うま）、あん肝軍艦、穴子？フワッフワってでした、氷見のブリ、マグロのお吸い物？ドリンクはスパークリングウォーター
柚子の香りを纏わせてたり、そこに七味の香りがしたり、シャリの温度が一つ一つ違ってたり、料理に興味ない僕でも手間かけてるなぁとちょっと感動してました。
しめて9,240円也。
