過去に伺ってずっと再訪したかった店No1 の大石さんをようやく再訪。
一緒に行こうとしていた友人が21:00開始でないとダメだったために長らく伺えないでいました。
大石さん自身もおっしゃっていますがバターを極力使っていないので(14皿中2皿のみで使用)、クラシックなフレンチが好きな方よりもむしろ和食や鮨が好きな方に響くテイスト。
旬の食材を豪快に料理してくれる唯一無二のお店だと思います。
トリュフの爆弾北島亭以来実に20年ぶり、豪快フレンチの代名詞のようなものでしょうか。トリュフの全く間違った使い方(1-2月限定)！
最後のカレー、デザートに向けて食べやすいように味としっかり度を下げていくという心遣い、客と積極的にコミュニケーションをとるという大石さんのお人柄。
やはりフレンチではこのお店が1番だと思います。
大食漢以外の方は初回はなるべくハーフサイズを選びましょう。全部普通サイズだと胃袋が破裂します。
もっと和食、鮨寄りの魚中心で、鮮度などにこだわった店が先日行った焼津の馳走西健一でしょう。
今度は今年中に再訪します。
