周りの方がお勧めされていてとても気になっていた結絆さん。
私の大好きな蟹のコースがあるとの事で初訪問です‼️
今回は毛蟹のコースを頂きました。
頂いたのは
フォアグラ茶碗蒸し
毛蟹の昆布出汁氷締め
久恵の湯引き 藻塩
薪火燻し焼き毛蟹のキノコブールブランソース
毛蟹のホットサンド
トマトの香草コンポート
蒸し毛蟹の共和え
鰹の藁焼き 藻塩 玉ねぎ醤油

毛蟹の釜焚きご飯 赤だし

まず、写真ではわかりづらいですが使用する毛蟹を見せていただいたのですがかなり大きくてびっくり‼️
蟹料理専門店と違い、蟹以外にもいろんな食材を楽しめるのも良いところです。
そして蟹料理もかなり一工夫されていて珍しい見せ方、調理方法が多いです。
毛蟹のお造りも昆布締めをする事で蟹自体に昆布の良い香りががついて普通にお造りとして頂くよりかなり美味しかったです✨
一番びっくりしたのは毛蟹のホットサンド‼️
毛蟹を味の濃いソースで味付けするのはもったいないのでは⁉️思っていましたが、毛蟹が濃厚なソースに負けていなくてマッチしていてとても美味しかったです。
大好きな食材ばかりでとっても幸せなお食事でした。
こちらのお店は店内がとても広いので予約も取りやすく、食べログから予約が取れる所もいいですね。
こちらのローストビーフも絶品と知人に聞いたので次はローストビーフを食べに行きたいです。
