銀座コリドー街で友人と平日のディナータイムに訪れました。
予約しておいて大正解、19時過ぎにはほぼ満席になっていましたよ。
夜景の見える半個室もありました、私たちは扉がしっかり閉まる個室を利用です。
やっぱり和食っていいです。お刺身に煮魚、唐揚げとどれもしっかりしています。
九州の味が多いのかなと思っていましたが、旬の食材が多いのでメニューは幅広く
特に本日のおすすめ、旬のおすすめは魅力的でした。
もともとキノコ好きですが、黒エノキバターソテーはシャキシャキの歯ざわりで
バターに負けない強い旨味が気に入りました。茨城のレンコンを使った
新レンコン黒胡椒揚げは輪切りではなく繊維にそってカット、この方法で特徴ある
食感がより際立っていただけました。新物の揚げ銀杏も粒が大きくてぷりぷりでした。
白海老の唐揚げや馬刺身など、いろいろな味を堪能です。
メバルの煮付けは甘すぎない煮汁でいい味。厚岸の牡蠣は生でいただきました。
そうそう、ここ最近食べたいと思っていたアジフライがあったのでオーダーしたら
開きではなく三枚おろしサイズで登場。これがジューシーでサクサク美味
最後に頼んで正解でした。締めにはスパムおにぎりにあおさの味噌汁です。
食材の質の良さと、落ち着きがありつつ活気のある接客でお店の雰囲気も良いです。
希望すれば料理を人数分小分けにして提供してくれる気遣いがありました。
これからの新しい食事シーンに嬉しいサービスですね。
