今年オープンした銀座8丁目にある高級居酒屋
『ぎんざ阿吽 はなれ』
店内は新しいってこともあってかクリーンで落ち着いたオトナな雰囲気。
居酒屋特有のごちゃごちゃしたところがないのがいいね。
個室も結構あるので使い勝手良さそう。
コースもいくつかあるけど、今回はアラカルトにしてみたよ。
■ジャコサラダ
サラダ1番人気はこちらのジャコサラダ。
上にはアンチョビの濃厚ドレッシング、ジャコの食感がいいアクセントに。
■自慢の刺し盛り
鯵、寒ブリ、カワハギの肝巻き、サワラ、しめ鯖、アオリイカ。
全て新鮮そのものの刺身は、大好きな寒ブリが脂乗り最高でオススメかな。
■もも肉炙り焼き
お店の名物のもも肉。
見た目はかなり地味だけど（笑）名物って言うだけあって少し苦味があってやたらうまいんですね。
大好きな柚子胡椒を合わせるのも嬉しい限り。
それにしても完熟した柚子胡椒ってオレンジなんだねぇ。
■馬刺しとたてがみの盛り合わせ
大好きな馬刺しもorderしちゃったよ。とろみのある甘めの醤油をつけて。
■黒毛和牛焼しゃぶ
甘めにアレンジされた黒毛和牛と合わせるのは、まろやかさを追加する卵黄を。
■クエ鍋 ★いっしーリコメンド
やっぱ冬は鍋でしょ…ってことで、鍋の王様の異名を持つ希少なクエ鍋をチョイス。
まるで肉のようなしっかりとした食感のクエは、脂乗りも最高！！さっぱりとポン酢も相性いいよね。
■香箱蟹
まさに今が旬の香箱蟹も。蟹酢でサッパリ。
■白子の天ぷら
ミルキーな白子はサクッとした衣の天ぷらで。
■黒豚メンチ
しっかりと食べ応えもあるメンチ。
■紫芋アイス
締めのデザートは、焼酎を合わせるアレンジ付き。オトナのアイスだね。
料理に派手さはないものの、味のクオリティーは折り紙つき。
普段あまり行かない居酒屋だけど、シャンパンもグラスで用意してあるし阿吽なら俺でも納得だな。
オトナデートに使いたいお店ですよ。
