日本酒と旬の味覚を楽しみに銀座コリドー街にあるぎんざ阿吽はなれへ。
鹿児島県阿久根港から毎日空輸で届く新鮮な鮮魚などを日本酒や焼酎と共に楽しめるお店です。
銀座らしい落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。
私達は個室のお部屋へ。
窓からは銀座の街並みも眺められます。
タッチパネルでオーダー。
コロナ感染対策もしっかりされています。
早速、日本酒をオーダーしました。
宮城県 新澤醸造店の伯楽星 純米大吟醸。
フルーティーでまろやかな味わい。
おちょこは好きな柄を選べます。
＜じゃこサラダ＞
かりかりっと香ばしいおじゃこがのったサラダ。
＜生牡蠣＞
大ぶりで肉厚な牡蠣、ミルキーな味わいを楽しみました。
＜白子ポン酢＞
旬の味覚の白子は、濃厚でクリーミーな味わい。
日本酒も進んじゃいます。
＜白海老のから揚げ＞
香ばしくカラリと揚がった白海老、ブラックパペッパーがきりりときいています。
レモンをキュッと絞って頂きました。
＜刺し盛り 2人前＞
あおりいか、くえ、ひらめ、しめ鯖、ぶり、鯵の6種類。
美味しいお刺身を頂きながら、日本酒をキュ～っと。
幸せですね。
＜銀杏揚げ＞
熱々でホクホク。
食べ始めると止まらない～。
＜北海道産ズワイ蟹メス＞
今の時期しか食べることのできないズワイガニの雌。
身は甘く、濃厚な蟹ミソと内子、プチプチとした食感の外子と余すことなく楽しみました。
＜ノドグロの塩焼き＞＞
ノドグロは脂がのっていて、身がふっくらとしていて、美味しい。
緊急事態宣言もあけて、お酒を飲みに行けるようになって嬉しいですね。
旬の味覚を日本酒と共に楽しめて、良かったです。
