【場所】三原通りの1本昭和通り寄りにある「東京銀座ビル1F」
【注文】桜肉漬丼￥1200（税込）
店内に入るとキレイな白木のカウンターに案内いただきました。
注文して10分弱で到着。
漬けは「フタエゴ」という、馬にしかない部位が使われています。
写真の説明の通り、上下に脂があり、間に歯ごたえのある赤身があって、脂の旨味とコリコリ食感が楽しめて美味しかったです。
卵を割るとまた味がまろやかになっていいですね。
漬物、もずく、汁物も美味しかったですが、デザートの杏仁豆腐が絶品！
こんなにコクがあって美味しい杏仁豆腐は初めてかもしれません。
ヘルシーでコスパのいいランチでした。
次はお刺身にも挑戦してみたいと思います。
