銀座の一等地にあるお店です、なので敷居が高いかと思いきやコースの料理のボリュームとゆっくりできる感じでコスパがいいと思います。フカヒレがいっぱい〜
店内はカウンター席と奥にテーブル席、それから奥は個室もありました。
蓮花コース《Lotus Course》を予約、まずはバーバーバーで乾杯。ドリンクメニューは結構豊富なのも嬉しい、ワインセラーもありお酒が好きな方にもオススメです。
前菜の三種盛りはアナゴ、フカヒレの生春巻き、金華豚。最初からフカヒレが出てくるなんてテンション上がる〜♪
フカヒレ金絲 干し貝柱 ナマコの煮込み 、花巻パンが登場。
熱々のとろみのあるスープの中にはごろっとフカヒレが入ってます。赤酢を少し入れるとさっぱりして味変！
面白いポイントが、トッピングとしてテーブルに何種類かのハーブやチリソースが置かれているので色々味を変えて楽しむスタイルだそう。ほんのり甘い花巻にスープをつけて食べてもおいしい。フカヒレとナマコ、どちらも食感が楽しいですよね。ここから白ワインをグラスでオーダー、飲みやすいけど芳醇な香りのある好きなワインでした。思わずワインの写真撮った♪
フカヒレ焼売、みたことない見た目（笑）フカヒレが乗ってるなんて〜！
肉厚の干し椎茸の風味が印象的です、一緒にテーブルのハーブとソースも絡めていただいてみました。
大海老のベトナム風タマリンドソースは、カリッと揚がったエビちゃんとフルーティーなソースでいただくちょっとベトナム寄りなメニューですね、エビ自体がプリッとしていてとってもおいしいので食べていて楽しくなりました。お肉も食べたくなったので一品料理からA5和牛を使用した豆豉ソースのグリルを。程よい辛みと甘〜くておいしいとろけるお肉がたまらなかったです。
それから土鍋麻婆豆腐はアツアツで痺れるからさです。ミニサイズのご飯が付いてくるのですがペロリですよ。ひき肉がたっぷりと入っていてジューシーでスパイシーなお味♡
それからメインの海鮮ちゃんぽん麺を+700円で「フカヒレちゃんぽん麺」に変更。今日はとことんフカヒレを食べ尽くそうと意気込んで来たのです。運ばれてきた白濁したスープからはいい香りが〜♪濃厚なスープの中にはごろっと大きな海鮮がゴロゴロ、もちろんフカヒレもね！
デザートはチーズケーキとベトナムスイーツの「チェ」デザートまで手作りでこだわりがあるので最初から最後まで楽しめました。最後は一緒にジャスミン茶をいただいてほっこり♪
コースだけでなく、軽いしめとかでフォーだけ食べにきてくださいって言ってくれたのにはびっくり！アラカルトで食べに行くのも良さそうです。外観より入りやすい素敵なお店でリピ決定。
