Our store is located on a corner of Ginza Namiki-dori, an adult street that is also a base for authentic culture. In Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, which are said to be the Paris of the East, many European-style buildings that are reminiscent of the French colonial era remain, giving the streets of Vietnam a unique atmosphere that is slightly different from other Asian cities. The interior of the restaurant has a classically modern atmosphere, with an emphasis on an elegant and traditional European structure reminiscent of Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi in the Orient.

Our shark fins are made from tail fins. The fibers are densely packed, and the central part is made of gold thread that is worth eating one by one. As it goes further, it becomes so soft that it melts in your mouth. Underneath the shark fin is a layer of melty homemade egg tofu. Mix together and enjoy. The filling is made with homemade chicken broth that has been slowly simmered for 10 hours, and is rich and has no unpleasant taste. The taste becomes addictive no matter how many times you eat it. Once you try it, you'll definitely be hooked.
