Visited with reservation on the day for holiday lunch. Already reserved for Omakase Nigiri (11,000 yen). If you pay this much, you can expect the food to be delicious, but the flat shellfish, sea bream, and fatty tuna are especially delicious, and the taste of the restaurant's signature sea urchin is overwhelmingly delicious. On this day, the horse dung sea urchin is produced in Hokkaido and is from a different region. After finishing the course, I additionally ordered two different parts of fatty tuna and two pieces of purple sea urchin. As with most places, there is a 10% service charge on top of tax.
