[Chinese Cuisine Shaoxingen] has a selection of Hong Kong's classic dishes. ``Steamed shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling'' and ``chive Gyoza / Dumpling'' are handmade every day, from the skin to the filling. ``Stir-fried Beef and Rice Noodles'', a famous Hong Kong noodle dish, uses soft, medium-thick noodles that are not often used in the market. Also recommended are the ``homemade char siu'' and the ``char siu pie,'' which is made with char siu stuffed in puff pastry. In addition, we also focus on homemade desserts such as peanut dumplings, custard buns, and almond tofu.

The Yue Wangtai series is the most popular, with nine types including ``Chen Year 20 Year Flower Carving Wine''. Popular items include the fruity ``Golden Heron Black Rice Wine'' (Haimee Gold Label), which is made with black glutinous rice grown in a nature reserve, and the sweet ``Chengang Liquor Traditional Type 8 Year Old''. In addition, there is the [Dim sum Dim sum (3,300 yen)] where you can enjoy Hong Kong's classic dim sum, and the [Shaoxing Yuan Course (6,600 yen)] where you can enjoy luxurious dishes such as scallop choy fun, sea urchin yi fun noodles, and abalone porridge.
