【個人的なイチオシ】
昼のおまかせ(11000円)
銀座という好立地で10000円で本格的な江戸前鮨を頂けます。クラシカルな技法で仕込んだネタが非常に素晴らしい、個人的には海老のおぼろ等、最近あまり使用しないような仕事を楽しめるのはとても嬉しい。ランチはテンポも早く握りが出るので寿司屋によくある「酒を飲ませる時間」的な圧もないのがありがたい。ドリンクの価格は銀座料金なので飲み過ぎ注意。
【独断と偏見の一言】
並木通りの隣の通称ソニー通りのビル内に店を構える本格的な江戸前鮨。クラシカルな仕込みを楽しめる印象ですが、シャリは現代風の甘みを強く感じるタイプで大衆ウケを狙った食べやすいシャリ。銀座という一等地でランチで10000円で楽しめる店はそもそも少ないのでこの価格帯で気軽に使えるの嬉しい。

正直ディナー利用するか？と考えるともちろん候補に入るクオリティですが、同価格帯の名店揃いの銀座では他に目移りしてしまうかも。
