日曜の20時に予約なしで来ました。
個室に案内してもらいましたが、窓際の雰囲気の良さそうなお席もありました。
肉を食べるつもりはなかったのですが、タレが置かれたのでついテッチャンを注文。あとはエビスの小瓶と葛冷麺のハーフ。
テッチャンは銀座プライスですが、可もなく不可もなく、普通に美味しいホルモンです。
お待ちかねの冷麺は、スープが氷仕立てでシャリシャリ。程よい濃さのスープは出汁が効いてて美味しい。野菜のトッピングはピクルスのように酸味が効いていてさっぱりいただけます。
葛麺は初めてでしたが、細く固過ぎない弾力のある食感。葛色ですが、透明の麺と比べて特段味はありません。スープも美味しいので全部飲み干しました。
何度でも食べたい冷麺、ご馳走さまでした。
