訪れたのは気持ち良い秋晴れの日！
カウンターは中央通りに面して明るい席でした。
陽気に誘われてレモンサワー（700円）
週末ランチは2種ありますが
初回なのでお手軽な3,200円の方でお願いしました。
まずはキムチ・ナムル・チョレギサラダ。
続いて和牛切り落とし。
部位はいろいろなんでしょうが、肉質も良くて厚みもあって
美味しかったです！
ここを訪れたかったのはこの「葛(くず)冷麺」が食べたかったんです。
ハワイで人気のこちらのお店が銀座にオープンしたときに
この冷麺の評判をたくさん目にすることがあって。
わたしは冷麺はぴょんぴょん舎しか、美味しいと思ったことがないので
どんなもんなんだ？と。
麺は長いので店員さんがカットしてくれます。
黒い細い麺とかき氷のように凍らせたスープが特徴。
麺は細いながらモチモチしていて、するするっと入っていきます。
シャリシャリしたスープと喉を通ると、人気なのが分かる旨さ。
初めての感覚ですが「いいじゃん！」と思いました(^^♪
スープは次第に溶けてゆくので、後半は辛味ペーストや
お酢、胡麻油で味変。
トッピングの大根・きゅうりは酢漬けになっており
終始さっぱり食べられます。
さすがに最後の方はこれとレモンサワーは無理だと思いましたけど・・・汗
でも冷麺はぴょんぴょん舎一辺倒だったわたしには
新鮮で美味しく完食。
内容からお値段はちょっと高いかな、という印象はありますが
また来るかも！？
