銀座で家族４名でランチをすることになり、
ハワイの焼肉人気店のユッチャン銀座店に伺った。
中央通り沿いの飲食店ビルの１１階に店が有る。
店に着いたのが１３時過ぎ、
店内は天井が高くて木調のシックな感じだが、
ハワイの店らしく、ハワイアンミュージックが流れている。
注文したのは、
牛タン塩３人前、
葛冷麺３つ、葛ビビン麺１つ、葛ビビン麵ハーフ１つ。
牛タンは、薄切りで、タン元の霜降りが多い部分の物は少なく、
赤くて噛み応えがある部分が多い。
葛冷麵は、麺は黒褐色の極細麺で、
スープがみぞれ状になっていて、
今日の東京の外気温は３６度らしいので、
まさにこの時期にベストマッチの極上の味わい。
具材は、煮た？牛の薄切り、キュウリと大根の水キムチ？ゆで卵。
とてもとても美味しい。
葛ビビン麵は、
冷麺を食べた後だったせいもあるのか？？？
少し生ぬるい感じがした・・・・
茹で上がった麺を氷水でキンキンに冷やし、
合えるソースも冷えたものを使えば
良くなると思うのだが・・・・・
２週間ほど前に虎ノ門エリアの京都冷麺が売りの店でビビン麵を食べて、
甘ったるい後味が終盤にくどい感じがしたが、
この店のビビン麵は甘さがすっきりしてとても良い。
この時期に冷麺を食べたいと思えば、
必ず頭に思い浮かぶ店だと思う。
点数は葛冷麺、葛ビビン麵だけの評価。
