銀座に車で出かけた時、ちゃんと平面駐車できる大規模な駐車場がある銀座SIXはありがたい。B4に400台以上停められる。買い物をすればもちろん割引もある。因みに、ぼくはSIXのまわし者ではない。╰(*´︶`*)╯
この日は買い物のあとお酒が飲みたかったので、電車で向かった。5階で買い物が終わった後、6階の飲食店街へ。ここには、鉄板焼きやオイスターバー、蕎麦屋さんなど、それなりに魅力的なお店が13店舗ほどある。少し考えたがワインの気分だったので、EATALY銀座店へ。ほぼ中抜けのないお店が揃っているのは嬉しい。
まずは、スパークリング☆ボッリチーナ プロセコのグラスと海の幸サラダ。まったりした昼下がりには、ピッタリの組み合わせ。続いて、お勧めチーズ2種と赤ワイン☆フォンタナフレッダ ランゲ・ネッビオーロのグラス。パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノと赤の組み合わせは間違いない。
〆のパスタはカチョペペ。チーズと胡椒をたっぷり使ったイタリアンパスタで、ここに辛味オイルを一回しして食べるのがぼくのレシピ、旨いぜよ！普段着で行くにはちょうどいいお店である。
