フランス パリで13年間営業されていた「Restaurant MakotoAOKI」が、2021年9月に東京 東銀座に「LESFRERES AOKI」として移転オープンされました。
オーナーシェフの青木誠さんと、パリでも一緒にお店を営まれていたお姉さんのお店です。
LES FRERESとは「兄弟」という意味とのこと。
カウンター10席の小さなお店。
青木シェフお一人で全員のお料理を作るので、ほぼワンオペに近い感じ。手際よくお料理をつくられているのが印象的でした♪
