I wanted to go to Ginza Sushi Kiyoshi, but since there is a casual version of the restaurant, I thought I'd go first and have a conversation with my companion, so I decided to go to Ginza, which has a private room. I visited Sushi Sakai. The three appetizers are carefully prepared and cooked and are delicious, with a slightly strong flavor that goes well with the alcohol. It was delicious with a variety of grilled dishes, sashimi, and steamed dishes, and a gentle seasoning. I haven't had sushi anywhere other than at the counter recently, so I was a little worried about eating sushi in a private room, but it was gorgeous and I had often seen the tuna purchased from Yamayuki on Instagram, so it was as delicious as I expected. is. Lately, I think that most of the rolls served at sushi restaurants in Ginza are Negi Toro Maki and Anakyu Maki, but this time I tried Kappa Maki and Kanpyo Maki, and I once again felt that they are simply delicious. In the past, desserts served at sushi restaurants were often fruit-based, but these days, the level of desserts offered at sushi restaurants is high, and Sakai-san's desserts are just as good as most. The pace of serving and the explanation of the dishes were appropriate, making it an enjoyable meal. I received three types of 1-go refreshing cold sake, which are easy to drink and go well with food. To be honest, the inside of the restaurant is too quiet.Although it is a private room, the upper part is open and the partition is like a partition, so of course you can have a conversation, but the three kinds of appetizers are served in a slightly larger ceramic bowl.
