As we celebrate the second anniversary of our sister restaurant Ebisu Ushimitsu, we are offering a superb all-red meat course that will be a starting point for our customers to encounter Ginza Chikamitsu Namiki-dori and express our gratitude to our customers who have supported us. In addition to our signature products such as our special Yukhoe, a new product for our anniversary, Torotaku Yukhoe that makes the most of the special qualities of Wagyu beef, and our brioche sandwich with carefully selected fillet, we will offer six carefully selected grilled dishes that are made up of the finest all-red meat as a yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat), with different condiments for each cut, bringing out the maximum flavor. All courses will be fully attended to by our grilling specialists, who will grill the meat to the perfect doneness.
