Chikamitsu is a restaurant where you can enjoy top-notch gorgeous Meat Dishes and Yakiniku (Grilled meat)! Chikamitsu is located in the upper compatible category of Ushimitsu series. I was deeply moved by the specialty course served in a sophisticated and divine Japanese space. The first dish is the sea urchin yukke dog, which is synonymous with Chikamitsu. A visually beautiful item. This is a dish that everyone likes and everyone wants to eat. I made sure to chew carefully and enjoy every inch of it. The meat Sushi also uses sirloin meat, and when it combined with the salty taste of the caviar, I couldn't help but think that this was a dish for adults. I was particularly impressed with the wagyu sirloin Sukiyaki. By soaking it in the sauce and then grilling it again, the flavor becomes even deeper. I was both very satisfied and moved by being able to feel the sweetness and umami that I wanted to convey amidst the strong impact. Brioche cutlet sandwich is a foul dish! LOL Personally, I found the ephemeral feeling of being unraveled to be irresistible. Lastly, enjoy the earthenware pot rice where you can feel the spirit of Japan. Adding the dashi soup midway through the process will make the flavor more vivid. Wonderful earthenware pot rice. Even during the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) time in between, you can feel the extraordinary passion for the sauces and condiments, and you wonder which one is the main one.
