Food Luxurious takkanmari with Tajima chicken, a brand name chicken from Hyogo Prefecture
Dakhanmari means "one chicken" in Korean. At our restaurant, we use a whole Tajima chicken, a brand-name chicken from Hyogo Prefecture, and carefully simmer it over a full day using chicken bones as a base to bring out the flavor and collagen of the chicken. The taste is similar to Kyushu's Hot Pot, and you can enjoy the light but rich soup without getting tired of it.To finish off your meal, try the Korean udon noodles called kalguksu. Sharing sizes are also available, so enjoy according to the occasion!

There are four types of Korean chicken available, and the most recommended is "Bang Bang Chicken." You can enjoy two types of half and half: the classic fried chicken and the original sweet and spicy sauce yangnyeom chicken.The batter has a crunchy texture that was created by a Korean chef who studied local menus. In addition, we use domestic brand chicken "Tajima chicken" for the chicken material, so you can enjoy the juicy and strong flavor. We also accept takeaway chicken, so feel free to give it a try!

We recommend ordering our specialty alcoholic beverages with your meal. The standard makgeolli is available in ``fresh makgeolli'' and ``frozen makgeolli'' made using the shop's machines.
