On Wednesday night, I went to Ginza for outdoor activities. So, I visited "Japanese Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hasegawa Bettei Ginza Branch". When you enter the store, you can feel the atmosphere of wabi-sabi. The interior is filled with one-of-a-kind items created by Japan's leading craftsmen. I get excited even before I eat it. So today we will be taking the monthly 35,000 yen course. The course name for March is "Yayoi." First of all, while toasting with beer, prepare your stomach with grated snap peas. After that, Kuroge Wagyu Sushi came out. First of all, the appearance is overwhelming! The taste was also first class. After that, the hassun, sashimi, and salad were all wonderful. The meat you've been waiting for! First up is the Omi Beef Chateaubriand. After slowly baking it, sprinkle with salt like powdered snow. The right amount of salt and the sweetness of the meat are exquisite. And the meat from the God series by Mr. Kamiya, who seems to have registered the trademark! It is a meat experience that overturns conventional wisdom with divine tongue and skirt steak. You can also enjoy sirloin and Tempura with steamed egg custard. Finish off with a delicious clay pot! I had Kinki clay pot rice with a soup containing Kobe beef rib roast. Dessert is hot Dorayaki! This is my first experience Dorayaki, which is said to be made to taste better when it's warm. It wasn't too sweet, but it also had matcha, which combined with the slight bitterness, made it delicious. The content of the course is full of creative ideas that can be considered as first-time experiences. I would like to go every month and have a surprising experience each month.
