同僚が昨年末に結婚されたので、お肉でも食べに行きましょう♪ということで、お二人を誘ってしゃぶしゃぶ〜
こちらには初めて伺いますが、道向かいにサンボアさんがありまして、その昔よく伺っていました〜
でもその時には、まっすぐサンボアさんに直行で周りを見ていなかったので、今回こういうロケーションだったんだ、と気づいた次第です〜
さていよいよ入店です ビルのエレベーターがちょっとトリッキーな位置にあります〜 行かれる方はお楽しみに♪
個室をお願いしてたので、3名で着陸です〜 個室といっても天井方面は開放なので、お外の客席の話し声は聞こえます〜 聞こえても、皆さん美味しい食事の楽しい話し声なので気にはなりませんね 開放なのは消防法の関係ですかね〜
さて今宵は、堪能コースで発注済みですので、到着を待ちます♪ お鍋は1人ずつかわいいお鍋でサーブされます 鍋奉行は出番がありません〜
お肉のタレは、ポン酢系、胡麻だれ、胡麻だれベースのこちらの特製タレです〜 特製タレは何処だかの美味いつけ麺をちょい思い出させます♪
前菜、お造りとコースらしい一品を次々平らげます♪ この時点で3人で美味しい！を連発です
日本酒の趣味が好いです♪ 私の好きな純米系が沢山あり、次々発注で忙しいです♬
さて！いよいよお肉の入場です♬
どのお肉も、まず見た目が綺麗でそれだけでも満足感と期待が高まります〜
あんぐり、ぱくぱく〜見た目通り美味い♬
もっと欲しいところですが、まず気持ちが満腹になってしまいます
と、言いつつ追加のお肉を発注です♪ 今日のおすすめを2点〜 到着するやいなや胃袋へ直行です♪
特に近江牛のタンが素晴らしい！これはまた食べたい！ところですが、仕入れに1日の数量制限があるようです〜
シメはしゃぶしゃぶのお汁で作る明太子茶漬け(汁漬け)です〜 シメは他にカレーと蕎麦が選択できますが、しゃぶしゃぶが名残惜しいので、ここはやはり茶漬けを発注です♪
美味い♬ 名残惜しいですが、しゃぶしゃぶバイバイです〜 またね〜
