一度薄く削いだものを細切りにして、それを纏めてあります。アオリイカのねっとり感が凄いです。煎り酒が塗ってあります。

ふわふわで甘い穴子はやっぱり大好き。

赤だしの味噌汁は五臓六腑に染み渡ります。

海苔の香ばしい香りとパリパリな食感が、トロたくの美味しさを引き上げます。
【まとめ】
食べログ限定コースは21800円！で銀座のど真ん中で本当に美味しいお鮨のコースが食べられるので最高でした。皆様にオススメできます。今回のお供のシャンパンはアンリジローのフュドシェーヌ（フルーツと木の香りで最高にリッチでした）♡♡2本も飲んでしまい、足りなくてボランジェまで頼んで飲み切る事に。美味しいおつまみとお鮨を引き立てて幸せなひと時でした。何より大将が優しく接して下さるのでカウンターの雰囲気が和らかくて良かったです。仕事帰りに寄りましたが居心地が良いと疲れも取れます♪是非近々また伺いますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
今回はグランクリュのマルチヴィンテージシャンパンなどを3本も飲んでしまい、とても値段が書けない（≧∇≦）ので、コースのみの金額で載せてます。
