シャリはひとめぼれで赤酢を2種類ブレンドしているとの事です(*´▽｀*)
・水菜とホタルイカのおひたし…西京味噌で。季節の1品。
・お造り…静岡県産の初鰹。程よく漬けてあります。ネギと薬味のマリアージュ(*´▽｀*)
・桜エビを載せた茶碗蒸し…あおさ入のあんと、プルプル茶碗蒸しと、サクサクとあがってるエビの食感が良いです。
・アオリイカ…薄くそいだイカを細く切っています。調味料にいりざけを使ってるそうです。柔らかで口の中でまとわりつくねっとり感が好き。
・漬け…鹿児島産の本マグロ赤身。中トロみたい。柚がきいていて、サッパリと美味しくいただけました！
・マダイ…淡路産。カボスかな？がほんのり風味出していて、よいです。
・車エビ…ぷりぷりのエビは最高！
かわむいた柔らかい部分を揚げてくれました！美味しい♫
・中トロ…柔らかでとろける〜(´∀｀)
・毛蟹…既に味付けされて、そのままでもとても美味しいのですが、すだち、カニ酢をつけてもさらに味変で美味しくいただけます♫
・生トリ貝…初めてたべる貝でしたが、柔らかく滑らかで美味しかったです！
・卵焼き…甘寄りで優しい味付けです(´∀｀)
・毛蟹のスープ…先程の毛ガニと、香味野菜と一緒にコトコトにてる、ブイヤベースだそうです。ほっとする味。美味しい♫
・春子鯛…こぶしめ。昆布のってる。とても優しいお味です(´ω｀*)
・金目鯛…銚子産。皮目を炙ってある。脂がのってて香ばしく美味しい。
・ハマグリ…九十九里産。本当に良い香りで、ハマグリ出汁のきいた優しい味です。潮干狩りで取ったことないよこんなの…
・アカガイ…こんなオシャレなアカガイ初めて見た！柔らかで良いです(*´▽｀*)
・アジ…長崎産。すごく脂のってる！美味しい〜
・キンキの小丼…キンキは柔らかで良い(´∀｀)黄身醤油とシャリで卵かけご飯みたいになっています(* 'ᵕ' )
・甘鯛…松かさ焼き。鱗のパリパリと、身のふっくら柔らかさの食感がとても面白い。
・ウニ…北海道の浜中のバフンウニ。めちゃくちゃ蕩けて美味しい♡♡♡
・コハダ…スッキリと酢がいい感じで良かったです！
・アナゴ…旬の時には塩で出したりするらしい。ふわふわでタレが甘くて美味しい
・トロタク巻き…さっぱりとした味です。最初の1口目辺りに刃を入れてくれていて、噛んだ時にベリベリとならない感じで、お気遣いに感謝です。
・お味噌汁…シジミのお味噌汁。
・あとは追加でシャンパンを何本か
