臭みは全くない状態です。
30秒程焼いて、レアな状態でも食べれます。
よく焼くより、レアがオススメ。
特にランプの柔らかさ、食べ応えは
一番印象に残っているのは
バーニャカウダ。
お野菜はきゅうり、大根、人参、お芋、
ズッキーニ、パプリカ。
全部新鮮で、予想を何倍も上回る美味しさ。
これは絶対食べた方がよいです。
お肉の後の冷麺が、喉ごしよく、
締めには最高の一品。

ただ一つ、かなりオススメのお店。
どのお料理もすべて美味でした。
場所が奥まった所にあるので、少し
分かりにくいですが、
正に隠れた名店です。
近々、必ずまた行きたいお店。
オススメです。
