The "Crispy Fried Daisen Chicken" is our signature dish. The thigh meat of Daisen chicken is marinated in our special spices for one day and night and deep-fried at high temperature. The crispy skin and delicious flavor of the chicken go perfectly with sake. In addition, we also offer a wide variety of snacks such as "Homemade Chashu Eggs" with the rich flavor of thickly sliced chashu pork prepared with our special sauce and a half-boiled fried egg, and "Beef Meatballs Tempura" which is unique to our restaurant. To finish off the meal, please enjoy our specialty "Seiro," which is made of ground stone and has an aroma that can also be savored.

There are 5 types of local sake on the regular menu, and 5 to 10 types of carefully selected seasonal sake. Orders of 1 cup will be delivered in a bamboo tube.
