One day we had a party in Ginza! I found a nice hideout near Tokyu Plaza. Going underground feels like a hideout lol. There are 9 counter seats and one private room. A very relaxing atmosphere. Expectations are high as you can enjoy creative Japanese Japanese-style meal made with plenty of seasonal ingredients and pairings prepared by sake masters and sommeliers! This time, the most popular short course is called [Mon]. The Riedel glasses that fill the entire wall are spectacular! Start by toasting with champagne in this beautiful glass. While I was doing this, the beautiful appetizers were right in front of me! [Appetizers] ■Herring roe and rape blossoms soaked ■Squid uni dressed ■King crab flan ■Simmered conger eel with Japanese pepper ■Milt fried anchovy sauce ■Pork braised The three types of sake selected by the sake master go well with the elaborate appetizers. Japanese sake. The labels of modern sake are also nice. Sip delicious Japanese sake while snacking on delicious appetizers. I have finally mastered the adult way of enjoying various things one by one...lol Everything was delicious! ■ Bowl of snow crab and mango I love mango. The flavor of crab spreads, and it's warm and comforting. There are two main types: fish and meat. ■Quet meuniere with charred butter sauce ■ Sukiyaki of Wagyu beef sirloin We paired this with wine. Meuniere, crispy surface and burnt butter is the best! It was surprisingly light and packed with vegetables. ■Smoked earthenware pot rice with Kobako crab and fava beans, red soup stock, pickles, and the final dish is rice cooked in an earthenware pot with charcoal. The scent is great and the rice is fluffy! If you can't finish all the food, there is a service where you can get extra food, but I finished it easily! I thought I was pretty full lol I was surprised to find out that this was a short course, but I was very satisfied. The number of items for the full course will increase. Well, it was a wonderful shop. The dishes also change monthly. It's nice to be able to eat seasonal foods. It seems like the bar will open as the night gets darker, so I'm also curious about that.
