A wonderful space tucked away in the basement of a building along Dentsu Dori (Sotobori Dori, Nishi Ginza Dori). I went there once and it was so good that I'm going back. It is closer from the Sukiyabashi intersection, but it can also be approached from the Shinbashi direction. There have been many wonderful shops in this area for a long time, but even new shops like this one (I heard they were renovated) are still wonderful. Moreover, it is reasonable considering the location compared to the contents. What I received was the moon course, which is said to be the most popular, and the sake and wine pairing course. At the time of my visit, there was a lineup of courses ranging from the basic moon course to the flower course, which included caviar cake and several other items, and even a pairing course. I knew that the basic Tsuki course would fill me up, so I ordered the Tsuki course as a pairing. The chef's background in this dish is unique, and he is not solely focused on Japanese-style meal, and the menu changes approximately monthly based on seasonal ingredients. And in the hall was a sommelier with a sake diploma. For pairings, you can choose the best balance of alcohol and wine to match your meal, but we are happy to discuss your preferences. The meal begins with Small dish, which is elaborate and fun, and includes fish and Meat Dishes, followed by clay pot rice to finish, but we highly recommend the clay pot with seasonal ingredients. This time I had maitake mushrooms and minced chicken, and the charcoal aroma was pleasant and the flavor was outstanding. I'll visit you again.
