この日は東銀座にある『俺のフレンチ・イタリアン 銀座歌舞伎座前』に伺いました。
エレベーターで2Fに上がるとすぐにスタッフの方が声をかけてくださいます。
この日は予約をしていなかったのですがテーブル席に通していただけました。
まずは「俺の泡」で乾杯です。グラスになみなみと注いでもらえるスパークリングワインで、俺のシリーズに来るとまず泡を頼んでしまいます。
お通しはトリュフが香るナッツです。ナッツももちろん美味しいのですが、ドライチーズが旨みが強くて美味しいですね。
■ズワイ蟹とカリフラワーのムース キャビア添え
名物料理の一品で、スプーンで掬っていただくと、プリンのような滑らかな舌触りから蟹の旨みとキャビアの塩味、カリフラワーの爽やかさが口の中に広がります。
これは1人1個を勧められるのも納得ですね。私たちも2個オーダーしました。
■海の幸のタルタル オレンジソース
サーモンとタコの旨みとオレンジソースがよく合います。タコの食感も良いですね。
お野菜もたっぷり入っているのも嬉しい一品です。
ここで「なみなみ赤ワイン」もオーダーします。
■鴨胸肉のロースト 大地の恵み
お料理の蓋を開けると燻した煙がフワッと広がります。中にはボリュームたっぷりの鴨肉とゴボウのフライ、お野菜のペーストが入っており、これらを合わせて食べると複雑な旨みと食感が楽しめて美味しいてすね。
鴨肉もかなりのボリュームなのが嬉しいですね。
■ゴルゴンゾーラのペンネ
こちらは通常メニューではなく、おすすめメニューからオーダーしました。
コクのあるゴルゴンゾーラで作ったクリームソースをたっぷりとペンネに絡めて、ベーコンを乗せていただくと堪らない美味しさです。赤ワインにも合いますね。
お酒を2人で4杯いただいて約12,000円でした。
昔ほどではないですが、やはり俺のシリーズはコスパが高いですね。ごちそうさまでした。
