ChefYoung chef Takuya Toyota knows the early days of “my French cuisine”
Born in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. After graduating from culinary school, he worked as a sous chef at Wedding Halls. After joining Ore Co., Ltd., he participated in the launch of "My French cuisine Italian Cuisine Aoyama". After becoming the chef of ``My Bakery & Cafe,'' he developed ``Croque Madame Toast'' and made it into their number one product.

After training at Chez Matsuo and Shoto Restaurants ☆, he served as the head chef of Chez Matsuo and Aoyama Salon in 2002, and was also in charge of dinners for Crown Princess Masako. This time, he supervised the new Western Cuisine menu.
