上ヒレカツ定食とホタテフライを注文。
わさびと塩がのったお皿が最初に運ばれてきて、自分で真ん中にソースを入れる。
ヒレカツは衣サクサク、お肉もとてもやわらかく、パクパク進むおいしさ。
ソース、わさび、塩のどれをつけてもおいしすぎる。
味の変化を楽しみつつ食べていたらあっという間！
ホタテフライは単品で1000円だったので、どんなものがくるかとワクワクしていたけど、想像の遥か上をいく感動。
揚げてあるのにとても分厚く、そしてやわらかい。
カツもとてもおいしかったけど、ホタテの方が感動した。
