蒲田のとんかつの名店 檍(あおき)の銀座4丁目店。
銀座では2店目で場所柄小さい店舗だけれど高級感のある店内。カウンター中心だがテーブル2つ、個室2つもあり。
食べログで予約できるのが便利。
それもあってかインバウンドなお客様多し。日本のカツは一味違うでしょう。
私たちはベーシックな上ロースかつ¥2500と上ヒレかつ¥2500を注文。混んでいることもあり15-20分待った後にカツ登場。
塩、わさび、ソースの3種類。わさびは効きますね。
とんかつは間違いなし。薄い衣がカラッとお肉はジューシーで美味しい。
個人的にはいつも柔らかくあっさりしたヒレですが檍ではロースのジューシーさが美味しいかも。
ただとんかつ以外は少し残念。ご飯が硬すぎて美味しくないとかオペレーションが不慣れっぽいとか。
銀座でとんかつを選ぶなら他がいいかも。
