本日またまたお上りさんは、ザギンにお邪魔しました！
悩み過ぎて、お昼難民で何処にしようか悩んでいたところ、とんかつ檍さんが銀座にオープンしたとの事だったので、早速予約してお邪魔しました！
こちらのお店は、予約制なので並ばずとも食べられます(*^^*)
こちらでは、マンガリッツァ豚が食べられるので気になっていたんですよねぇ。
注文は、もちろん銀座四丁目店限定のピュアポーク蔵王 マンガリッツァ豚と鯵フライが気になったのですが、今日はないとの事なので、海老フライを注文しました♪
まず、キャベツにドレッシングをかけた小鉢が出されます！
やっぱり、油物の前にはキャベツですね！
さぁいよいよ、お塩ときざみ山葵の薬味が出され、程なくして大きな肉塊が目の前に置かれます♪
ひと口サイズにカットしてあり、食べやすくなってます！
美味そっ！
では、ひと口お塩で…美味！
切り口から見えるほんのりピンク色の身と脂身が噛み締める度に甘い肉汁が溢れて来ます♪
ただ、脂身が多いので250ｇにしたのですが、ちょっと疲れますね笑
あと、オス豚だったのかなぁ…少し豚臭が気になりました。最近、凄く気になるんですよねぇ。
続いて、海老フライも登場です！
デカっ！デカ過ぎて3等分してあります！
では、ひと口…美味！ぷりっぷりっで、美味い！
そして、無くてはならないお友達のタルタルをたっぷりつけて、もうひと口…言う事ないです！
ご飯は、おかわりが出来るので有り難いですねぇ♪
お味噌汁は、しじみの赤出しで、久しぶりで美味しかったです！しじみは、大きいですが、身がちょっとな感じですね！
次は、ヒレも気になりますね♪
檍グループは、初訪問だったので他の店舗も気になりますね！並び必死の混雑店ですが笑！
