It is written as AOKI and pronounced as Aoki. I think it originated in Kamata, but recently they have opened branches here and there. This is their second restaurant in Ginza. I took the elevator up to the 7th floor, and for some reason I went through the noren curtain with the Coca-Cola logo on it to enter the store. There was a seat at the counter, so I slipped in. I ordered the special loin set meal and a beer. Even though it's called special, they don't have regular loin cutlets, so it's the lowest ranking. In the small store, there are 7 counter seats, 3 tables for 2 people, and 2 other private rooms. The chopsticks and coasters also have the Coca-Cola logo. The counter is a special seat where you can see the cooking in front of you. The store is almost full, and there are a variety of customers, including couples, foreign families, and single customers. I think the foreigners are a little noticeable. Well, the special loin cutlet is finished, with thick meat cut diagonally. The cabbage served with dressing. A cola was served, which was said to be a free service. The cutlet was well cooked. I remember that Aoki's cutlets were red inside, but that was not the case. But of course, the pork loin cutlet was the best, and the rice went down well. The rice was soft and shiny. You can have as much rice as you want for free. Personally, I don't need any dressing on the cabbage, and I'd like it to balance out the fat of the pork loin cutlet, but I guess that can't be helped. The miso soup was red miso soup with clams. It was a red miso soup with a strong sweetness. I also had a second beer, and everything was delicious. Oh, by the way, I didn't touch the coke. Thank you for the meal.
