・基本は「おまかせ」で予約制ですが、「アラカルト注文」も可能
・鮪には、並々ならぬ情熱を注いでいるとの事
・場所は銀座6丁目の商業ビルの11Fで、隣のお店はミシュラン☆シェフの
尹美（(ユン ミヲル）氏が手掛ける韓国宮廷薬膳料理の「尹家」
