I made a reservation and visited Jojoen Yugentei Yurakucho Marion branch (you can't get in without a reservation). I reserved the ¥6,800 carefully selected lunch and ordered an additional Gomtang soup on the day. We enjoyed it sitting next to two people at a window seat overlooking the Shinkansen. Every single dish was delicious. ・The Jojoen salad was delicious, with the dressing carefully mixed into every corner. ・The namul was also a little different, especially the bracken. ・The kimchi had a deep flavor that was not only spicy but also sweet, leaving you wanting more. ・The meat, especially the sirloin and the top rib, had the best sweet fat. ・The exquisite sauce that mixed with the meat went perfectly with the rice, and the lemon sauce for the tongue was also a little different. It's definitely high-class Japanese Yakiniku (Grilled meat) ♪
