２０１９年１２月２９日、ディナーに伺いました。
２回目の訪問ですが、移転してからは初めてです。
雰囲気がとても良いお店です。
今日は、シェフ「バルディ・ヴィルジリオ」お薦めコースをいただきます。
まずは、フランチャコルタで喉を潤します。
一口前菜は、トマトソースでパンを煮込んだもの、
南イタリア風で美味しいです、オリーヴオイルが上質ですね。
続いては、ロンバルディアのリースリング、
しっかりと揮発油系の香りのスルリーースリングらしいワインで、
鴨胸肉のサラダ仕立て オレンジ 松の実、
パルミジャーノチーズと濃縮したバルサミコのソースで
鴨が美味しいですね、やはり、オレンジは会います。
そして、シチリアのグリッロ、フルーティなワインで、
本マグロとサルディーニャ産カラスミ、
プチヴェールを和えた自家製パスタ トンナレッリ。
これも南イタリア風、猿ディにゃというより、カンパーニャか。
プーリアのネグロアマーロのロゼ、イチゴの香りのワインで、
ヒラメと天使海老のソテー サフラン風味のスープ仕立て
ヒラメのキュイソンがいいです、天使エビも殻が柔らかいので全部いけます。
レモンのシャーベットをいただき、
マルケのサンジョベーゼ、タンニンの滑らかな、上質な赤ワインで、
仔羊のオーブン焼き
ポルチーニ茸のトリフォラーティとマルサラワインのソース
肉のキュイソンがいいです。
ドルチェはパリブレストとフルーツをいただきました。
とても気持ちよく食事のできるお店でした。
