百名店制覇のために食べ歩く日々。今日は丸の内の日本料理屋、やんも。
東京駅から10分程度歩き、新東京ビルに着く。地下一階にあるお店。ここにくるのは2回目だ。平日18時半に到着し、店内に入る。予約をしていたので入れたが席はほぼ埋まっているようだ。
一番奥の個室に案内される。今日は仕事での会食。男4人。食べる気、呑む気は満々だ。店は主人が伊豆出身ということで、伊豆の地魚を売りにしているとのこと。店名に、伊豆旬というのは合点がいく。
コースは『集いコース』8,000円
先付 本日のお通し
前菜の盛り合わせ カワハギの肝和え、メヒカリの唐揚げ、アジののなめろう、白魚の卵とじ
お造り 地魚の刺身盛り合わせ カツオ、ブリ、目鯛
炭火焼き 鯖の塩焼き備長炭仕上げ
蒸し物 あさりの酒蒸し
お食事 じゃこご飯、味噌汁と香物
デザート 黒胡麻のアイス
どれも高級日本料理店の質の品。やはり魚中心のご飯は嬉しい。ご飯としても勿論だが、やはり酒と良く合う。特に焼酎の寿福絹子が好きだ。この焼酎は初めてだ。白麹で熊本県の酒だ。料理の中でも鯖の塩焼きは身の厚い魚肉の火の通り具合が絶妙だ。これと焼酎が良く合う。呑む為の日本食のコースだ。
