・ホタルイカの酢味噌和え・・・新鮮で身がしっかりとした美味しいホタルイカでした。
・イシガレイ、中トロ、サヨリ、上穴子たれ
・握り・・・中トロ、鯵、イクラ、小肌、雲丹
食べログの点数に関係なく、深夜も引っ切り無しにお客さんが来店します。
本店や姉妹店にも何軒か行きましたが、どの店舗も満員御礼で活気があっていいですね
あと出来れば喫煙スペースを設けてくれると、有り難いかな〜。

知り合いの板さんが挨拶に来てくれ、
｢今月は厨房にいますが、代わりに彼が接客します。｣と会話を盛り上げて下さったのには感謝します。
あのネームプレートを見て食いつくのは、私だけではないはず。

生憎知り合いの板さんはいませんでしたが、カウンターに座りました。
大きな配置の変化はありませんが内装が綺麗になっていました。
帝国ホテルに宿泊の外国人。一人は寿司を食べるけど、もう一人は生魚が嫌いなのか見てるだけというのをよく見かけます。
『鮪ざんまい』（？）通常の半額ぐらいのサーヴィスで
シャリの3倍ぐらいの鮪、中トロ、大トロの盛り合わせ×2
あとは鯵、鯖、甘海老など
24時間営業で使い勝手良いお店です。

銀座にしてはリーズナブルな価格で味もとても美味しく、
私のお気に入りのお店ひとつです。
トロや穴子は皆さんご存知の通り、お皿からはみ出しています！(^O^)
それは食べ盛りの私にとっては幸せな気分に浸るには充分すぎました＊+ﾟ･｡
他にも光り物や貝類、いくらなども新鮮なものを頂く事が出来ます。
安心価格で、板さんもユーモアがあり良い人達ばかりで、お勧めのお寿司屋さんです。
私はトロたくが好きなのですが、ここのお店のトロたくは絶品です◎
