何度食べても・・・シャトーブリアンでしょう
混んでれば仕方ない…
今日も行ってきました。ただ日曜日なので、予約がいっぱいで、無理無理１７時、開店から次の予約客が来店する２時間弱の滞在でした。相変わらず、シャトーブリアンが…好き！！
A5仙台牛のシャトーブリアンは・・・好き！
知人と２人でゆっくりしようと個室で予約したが、知人が来られず、悔しいからいいもん食ってやると、一人ステーキ。シャンパンで乾杯した後（誰と？）、前菜からスタート。メインの仙台牛を九州の甘醤油、わさび、岩塩、コショウ、ガーリックチップでいただく至福の時。やっぱり良い肉は、ミディアムレアよね、と独り言寂し。しかし、隠れ家レストランのコンセプトはわかるけど、ここは隠れすぎかな。まあ良い、１回行けばわかるし。また行きたいな。隣のビール瓶ケースを裏向きにして椅子にしている、D級飲み屋とのコントラストも最高です。

自分にとっては行き慣れて、「隠れ家的」ではなくなったが、喧騒に中の静かな場所ではある。「鉄板焼き食べてい」とリクエストされると、ついつい予約してしまう。今回もそうです。とにかくシャトーブリアンは食べてください。上品な牛の油は決してくどくないのです。
