I visited Mr. Chibo in Yurakucho for a drinking party with a friend of mine who lived in Tokyo when I was a student. There are several stores in Tokyo as well. People from Kansai have a strong image of Chibo in Osaka, and I visited there several times when I was a student. Since we're going to have drinks today, we first ordered fried skirt steak, scallops, sausage, celery and Kujo green onion, and tonpeiyaki from Teppan-yaki menu. We had draft beer, Chibo special sour, and Chichiyasu sour. Not only was the finished product delicious, but Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and Okonomiyaki had a fluffy texture that I couldn't recreate at home. Thank you for the meal.
