馬刺しと刺身盛り合わせ、最後は巻き物で締め。
それにしても、新鮮な馬刺しを久し振りに食べた。臭み等は一切ない。これがまさに馬刺し❗️
旧上司に誘われての急遽の飲み会だったが、やっぱり勉強になるな…笑

馬刺しが美味すぎる。寿司やお魚、熊本料理を昭和の雰囲気が漂う店内で堪能できる。写真を撮り損ねたが、カラシ蓮根も美味だった。
