Arrived at Tokyo Station around noon. I'm getting hungry in preparation for the afternoon meeting. However, since it was peak time, everywhere was packed. Lunch in Tokyo can be difficult if you miss the timing. So we headed to Kunigiwa, where there are a lot of shops. If you look around, you'll notice something called ``Kansai-style chicken cutlet.'' Looking at the sample, it looks like Okonomiyaki. Well, when Tokyoites hear the word Kansai-style, they think of `` Okonomiyaki'' or ``sauce flavor,'' not ``dashi.'' Sendai is synonymous with Cow tongue, so I can't help it. But I was curious, so I decided to try it. Two people visited and took a seat at a table that had been cleared. We were asked to order before entering the restaurant, and our food was served within 7 minutes of being seated. . . . First of all, all you can see is a mountain of dried bonito flakes. As you dig deeper, you'll find a soft-boiled egg and chicken cutlet on top of shredded cabbage from the bottom. It already has a thick sauce on it, so it tastes like Okonomiyaki. I wonder if the chicken cutlet is pounded and spread out? It is less than 1cm thick. Anyway, the taste of bonito flakes and sauce is dominant. The chicken cutlet will come out from under the bonito flakes, so continue eating. On the way, I was asked to crush a soft-boiled egg and add the yolk to the chicken cutlet, but it might be better not to add that. I had the rice with the sauce flavor and it was really Kansai style? I received a chicken cutlet. In addition, we were given coffee, which would normally be served if you entered the store after 12:45. I entered the store around 12:30, which was a good thing. Come to think of it, the restaurant in front of me, ``Kai'', has the same service and menu structure. Since this store is called "Sunny," does the combination of the two mean "Sunny?" It's exactly the same shop. Anyway, it was lunchtime and I was completely full.
