友人との飲みでこちらへ。
半個室があり、日本酒が50種類ほどあるとのことで訪問。
まずは炙り〆鯖。
メニューにある、お客様のテーブルにてスタッフが炙ります…というサービスはなかったものの、脂がのって肉厚で◎
本日のカマ焼きはハマチかカンパチのどちらかとのことで、結局どちらか教えてもらえなかったが、脂のりのりのふわふわで美味。
海老と茸のアヒージョは、海老と茸が柔らかくニンニクが効いて絶品。
バゲットはなんと12枚も。たっぷり楽しめる。
ホタルイカの沖漬けは大ぶりでぷりんぷりん。
日本酒は90mlまたは180mlでの提供。
90ml単位で少しずついただけるのが嬉しい。
天吹 雄町は雄町の旨みがありながらもすっきり、益荒男はどっしりとした濃くてスモーキーさのある味わい。
残念だったのは飲みたいものに限って売り切れだったこと。
チェーン店のような店構えだが、半個室で落ち着けて料理も美味しく、種類豊富な日本酒を楽しんだ。
