山廃仕込みの日本酒らしいフルボディなお酒。
いぶりがっこと酒盗に合う。
▷上喜元 純米 山形
すっきりとした飲み口で上品な味わいを感じる。
・ブリのあら炊き大根
ブリの身がちょうど良い火入れ具合で美味。
ホクホクの大根と日本酒の相性も抜群です。
▷益荒男 やま廃純米 石川
どっしりとした飲み口で切れ味鋭い。
・豚角煮
柔らかく炊いてある豚角煮がめちゃめちゃ美味しい。
脂と益荒男のどっしりとした味わいが合う。
・生蛸のしゃぶしゃぶ
しゃぶしゃぶの出汁が薄味のため、蛸の味がダイレクトに感じる。
繊細な味わいが、お酒の旨みも引き出す感じ。
▷喜久酔 特別純米 静岡
バランスの良い旨味と香り。辛口なのですっきり飲みやすい。
▷紀土 純米 和歌山
やわらかい舌触りで、口の中で香りが広がる感じ。
・梅水晶
お腹も満たされると梅水晶は最高のおつまみ。
コリコリの食感と梅の爽やかさがリセットしてくれる。
・数の子松前漬け
濃厚な松前づけはお酒がすすむ。

無濾過生原酒は雑味がなくとにかく飲みやすい。危険です。
