とある平日に、オーツは銀座にある日本料理の店「いしづか」での食事会に参加しました。

９人ほどの集まりでした。
予約時に「おまかせランチコース・銀座」7,500円が頼んでありました。
12:00ちょっと前に入店しました。
オーツたちにはテーブル席が用意されていました。食事会の開始前だったので、出されたお茶を飲みながら少し待っていました。
店内はとてもきれいで、向こうにＬ字型のカウンターが見えます。テーブルの上には加湿器が置いてありました。
ほどなくして、メンバーが集まったので、食事会が始まりました。
オーツは生ビール1,100円を注文しました。
先付は胡麻豆腐でした。
ふんわりした食感もよかったですし、上に乗っていたエビもおいしくいただきました。
次はお吸物です。
お吸物の中につみれが入っていましたが、肉ではなく、魚のようです。何の魚か、説明があったように思いますが、聞き逃しました。
このころ、ちょっと変わった茶碗でお冷やが出てきました。全員にではなくて、アルコール類を頼んだ人だけです。チェイサーということなのでしょう。茶碗の外側にちょっとした出っぱりがあり、何かなと思いましたが、よく見ると人形です。小さな人が壁に張り付いているかのようなデザインです。
このころには生ビールを飲み終わったので、日本酒・田酒・特別純米酒（１合）2,000円を注文しました。
次にお造りが出てきました。
７点盛りでした。それぞれ１切れずつでしたが、おいしいです。こういうのは日本酒と合いますねえ。
醤油の他に梅の味がするタレも出てきました。梅干しを加工したのでしょうか。これはこれで変わった味が楽しめます。オーツは醤油とわさびが好きですが。
次が焼き物です。
ブリの下にダイコンがあります。また手前にミョウガも見えます。
次が強肴（しいざかな）です。
素材の味を活かした上品な煮物といったところでしょうか。
合わせて漬物も出されました。
次が土鍋で炊き上げた炊き込みご飯です。
お店の人がまずは土鍋の蓋を取った形で見せてくれます。９人前なので、かなりインパクトがあります。
これを１人分ずつに盛り付けると以下のようになります。
１人分だと、ちょっと見栄えはイマイチです。
お代わりが可能だということでしたので、オーツは２杯目をもらいました。
汁も出てきました。
最後に甘味が出てきておしまいです。お茶とおしぼりが出てきました。
全体として、おいしい食事だと思います。
銀座という場所柄ですから、金額がどうしても高くならざるを得ないのでしょうが、オーツとしては飲み物がちょっと高めかなあと思いました。
オーツたちが席を立つころには14:00になっていました。２時間かけてこのコースを食べたということです。お運びさんが適当なタイミングを見計らって食事を出したり下げたりしていました。２時間というのはそんなものでしょう。
