仕事で全国区ほとんどの県は行ったことがあるのですが、島根と鳥取はなかなか行く機会がありませんです
今日はその島根県の料理が楽しめる奥いずもさんへ。
飲み物は最初はビール。その後は島根の地酒のはしご！
鰤のカルパッチョ風、そば味噌焼き、なめろう(今日は鰯)を先ずオーダー。
まあこれじゃ日本酒になるなー。なめろうは海苔に包んで食べるタイプ。そば味噌焼きは結構ボリューミー。
続いて燻製鴨の炙り、ブリカマ、お店の名物になっている鶏コロ焼きを追加。
地酒は３種類目に。
これじゃいつまで経っても終わりません。
割子そばで無理やり締めます。御椀が３つ。太めで硬めの茹で上がりの野趣あふれるタイプ。食べごたえがあり 満足の１品。
再訪したいお店です。
