We also had lunch around here. I was wondering if there was anything underground in the electrical building, so I came here and found ``Oku Izumo.'' There are set menus, but today it's soba noodles. It's ``wariko'' or ``kamaage.'' I just made Tamaki's Izumo soba into soba noodles at home on New Year's Eve, so today I'm going to make wariko. It's normal Wariko soba. Although it is black in color, it is an easy-to-eat type. Tsuyu is not sweet and is easy to eat even for people in the Kanto region. The noodles may not be enough for people who want mushy noodles. Ah, it wasn't "Izumo" but "Izumo".
